Child Single Scent Preservation Kit
Instructions:
1. Swipe: With the blue line side of the pad against the skin, wipe skin in armpit area 10 times. Then place pad inside the jar.
2. Seal: Remove backing and press tamper-proof strip over the top and side of the jar. *do not open after sealing.
3. Store: Fill out label, remove backing, and adhere to the jar. Store jar indoors and out of direct sunlight/direct heat.
